What is a good virus/spyware scanner that is free, doesn’t change your homepage,and actually works?
You know,one where it can get rid of the viruses/spyware or whatever else without having to sign up or pay monthly. Windows Defender is ok, but it’s impossible to change the homepage to what I want. And of course, it has to be effective.

i use spybot as a freebee. but lately updates have made it really strick, worse than vistas thing where it makes u confirm everything. mind u, its effective, but i still have to confirm every link i click getting to my email. why? i dont know…
